We are excited to have George as our therapy dog at Ackerman! He is Mr. Hanlon's dog and is here a few days each week. George is very popular with our students! Whether visiting classrooms, comforting students, or just hanging out waiting for pets, he is a very busy guy.
George turns 8 in March, has been a therapy dog since January of 2020 and graced the front page of the Omaha World Herald. In his free time he enjoys rawhide bones, walks in the neighborhood and chasing bunnies.
